Knowing that we should eat more vegetables and fruits doesn’t do us any good unless we act upon that knowledge. Saying “Eat your veggies” sounds good but in reality it does little to improve our health. Instead, we need simple, convenient and proven techniques to increase the amount of farm fresh vegetables and fruits we eat.

A prospective cohort study of over 150,000 parents who made one simple change found their children

  • Eating less fast food and more fruits and vegetables
  • Drinking fewer soft drinks and more water
  • Visiting the doctor less and attending school more
